AI AGENTS · YOU APPROVE

Outbound.

Find the companies that fit, research each one, write the first e-mail from that research and your own positioning, and follow up on LinkedIn when the e-mail goes quiet. Every message waits for your approval and is fact-checked before you see it. Replies land in one inbox, and a yes books itself into the rep's calendar.

What it does

Find, write, follow up. You approve.

Find the companies that fit

Describe the segment in plain words; the platform turns it into the industry codes and counties the search runs on, pulls the companies with verified contacts, and skips anyone your workspace already holds, any client, and anyone who ever said no.

Write from research and your voice

Each e-mail is written from that company's own research and from a brand foundation you approved once, so it sounds like you and says something true about them. A fact-checker reads every draft against the research; unsupported claims are flagged before you approve.

Follow up where they are

Fourteen days of silence and the same lead gets a LinkedIn note, written knowing what the e-mail said, queued for the rep to send by hand. A reply on any channel stops the sequence. Nothing is automated on LinkedIn: your account, your click.

What's inside

The outbound engine, with a person at the switch.

Prospecting

Norwegian companies by industry, size and county, with verified contacts revealed on demand. Deduplicated against everything you already hold, across every rep.

Campaigns from a brief

Write what the campaign should achieve, whom to reach and what you offer. The Campaign Planner turns it into a brief you edit; leads live inside the campaign and every message is written from that brief.

Your own lists too

Upload CSV or Excel; columns are matched for you; clients and people who said no are held back.

The approval queue

Every draft, with the fact-check verdict beside it. Read, edit, approve, or reject. Semi-automatic: it sends only after you have read it.

Sending that protects your domain

From each rep's own mailbox, under their real name, with a warm-up ramp and daily caps per mailbox and per domain, paced during business hours. Bounces are read from the mailbox and stop the lead.

LinkedIn second touch

Only leads you e-mailed and who stayed silent. A note under 300 characters, then one message after they accept. You upload your connections export once a week and the platform marks who accepted.

The Outbound inbox

One dialogue per lead across e-mail and LinkedIn, newest first, your turn on top. Suggested replies read the whole thread, your call notes and the campaign brief, and propose a meeting with real free slots.

Meetings that book themselves

A reply that wants to meet gets three free times from the rep's Google Calendar and a link; picking one creates the event and the invitation.

The screens

From the segment to the reply.

The proactive side of the platform, in the order the work happens.

Read it before it goes.

The draft, the research it was written from, and the fact-checker's notes. Approve one or twenty; the queue sends at the mailbox's pace.

The dialogue, not a pile of mail.

One row per lead with the last line and the days since. Open it: the thread, what we know about the company, and a suggested reply that already proposes a time.

How it works

From a description to the first reply.

01

Describe the segment

Industry, size, counties, in your words. Or start a campaign with a goal, an audience and an offer.

02

Get companies and research

The search returns the companies with contacts; each one is researched before a word is written.

03

Approve the drafts

Read the first ones closely, edit the voice if you want, approve the rest. They send from the rep's mailbox at a safe pace.

04

Answer and book

Replies arrive in the Outbound inbox with a suggested answer and free times. Silence goes to LinkedIn for the rep to send.

Who it's for

Companies that need a pipeline and cannot hire for it.

Founders doing their own outreach

You cannot justify an SDR, and you do not have ten hours a week to write cold e-mails. The drafts arrive; you approve them over coffee.

Sales teams that close well and prospect badly

Fill the calendar of two to five reps who would rather be in meetings than in spreadsheets.

Companies that were burned by spray tools

Every message is specific and approved by a person. Your domain is warmed and capped. Nobody gets a template.

Teams selling in Norway

Norwegian register data and verified contacts the international tools do not have.

Where it pays off fastest

Sectors where a specific first e-mail gets answered.

B2B services

Consulting, accounting, IT. The first line names something from their site or their news, not from your brochure.

Software

Technical buyers reply to homework. The website audit is the opening.

Wholesale and suppliers

A campaign to sports clubs, restaurants or clinics from a brief: the same offer, written for each one.

Recruiting and staffing

Hiring managers with open roles on their own careers page, found by the research.

Financial services

Register financials before the first contact, so the e-mail talks about them, not about you.

Agencies

Your buyer is someone else's founder; their website is the reason to write.

What it connects to

Your mailboxes, your calendar, Norwegian data.

  • Google Workspace mailboxes (IMAP/SMTP, app password)
  • Norwegian company register and verified contacts
  • Brønnøysundregistrene
  • LinkedIn (connections export; the rep sends)
  • Google Calendar
  • HubSpot and Pipedrive sync
  • Excel and CSV lists
The rule

The rule that holds all of it together: the AI writes drafts and reads data; a person decides. Nothing is sent, booked or claimed without approval, and every claim is checked against the research before you see it.

Stop writing cold e-mails by hand.

Book a 30-minute call. We will run a real batch on your segment and show you the drafts before you decide.
